Perform this circuit with no rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute and repeat the circuit. Make as many circuits as you can in 10 minutes.
jumping JackStart with your feet hip-width apart and hands at your sides.
At the same time raise your arms above your head and jump so you can spread your feet apart . Then jump again to lower the arms and put your feet together . Do 20 repetitions.
Prisoner SquatStand with your hands behind your head , chest and elbows back .
Sit your hips and bend your knees to lower your body as much as possible without losing the natural arch of the spine. Squeeze your glutes and push yourself back to the starting position. Do 12 repetitions.
ironAssume the classic pushup position : legs straight , hands beneath your shoulders .
Now , prepare your abs. Keeping your body rigid , lower yourself until your chest touches the floor. Then push until your arms are extended . Do 15 repetitions .
forward slotWhile standing, take a big step forward with one leg .
When the front of the thigh parallel to the floor and the back of the knee is on the ground , for 1 second. Then return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg. Do 12 repetitions on each leg .
( Make it harder to maintain the down position for 5 seconds. )
theftStand with your back against the wall and feet about 4 inches from the wall . Place the back of your arms against the wall , arms parallel to floor and forearms at 90 degrees.
Raise your head , keeping your arms against the wall at any time. Slowly return to the starting position down , tucking your elbows at your sides and bring the shoulder blades. Do 10 repetitions.
